Terms of Payment: Payment to be made by an Irrevocable Non Operative Bank GuaranteeSBLC MT-760 Issued by a First class Bank.The seller will issue 2% PB of the BGSBLC face value to activate the non operative bank instrument MT-760 for Negotiated on the maturity date at the discharge port after Clearance Funds Declaration of the BGSBLC MT-760.
The Buyer should T/T the full amount to the seller's Nominated Account..
Buyer shall deduct the cost of tge cutting charges from the total amount of goods ship when making payment to the seller.
Delivery Time: 35-40 days after signing of sales purchase agreementreceipt of order from seller.
Loading Port Terminal: Apapa/Tincan port Terminal, Lagos yard visit mandatory after signature of draft contract by both parties at seller's office.
Procedures:
1- The buyers agentthe buyer, issues LOI with his demandthe price offered. Signs, sealssends to the sellers side.
2- The sellers issues FCO, signs, sealssends to the buyers agentto buyer within 24hrs.the Buyer accepts FCOsend back to the sellers within 24 hours.
3- The sellers side issues the bank draft contract, NCNDAsends to the buyers sideto the buyer. The IMFPA, if necessary, is sent to the buyers side parallel. Above within 24 hours.
4- The buyer confirms his signatureseal the conditions of bank draft contract with remarksNCNDA send back to the sellers. The buyers sends back IMFPA to the sellers side. All above within 24 hours.
5- The seller issues the final contract, sealssends to the buyer with the NCNDA by electronic post withen 24 hours.
6- The buyer sends back the final contract signedsealed to the seller by electronic mail within 24 hours.
7- Seller will arrange invitations for buyer (s) for yard visit on site.
8- The sales contract is executed.
9- Scrap is shipped in bulk, the first shipment will commence not later than 30-45 (thirty-forty five) from the date of contract execution. The remaining consignments will be shipped in each 30 (thiry) days period as defined in the contract.
