该设备主要应用于连续硫化各种型号规格的农机V带、大型V带及联组带。
This machine is suitable for continuous vulcanization of all specifications of agriculture machinery V belts,large V belts.banded belts.

硫化V带长度范围（Range of vulcanizing V belt length）: 3500mm-6500mm; 硫化鼓直径（Diameter of vulcanizing drum）: Φ800mm;
硫化鼓有效宽度（Effective width of vulcanizing drum）: 600mm;
鼓加热方式：电加热，分三区段控温；Heating mode of drum:Electrical heating,temperature control in three sections;
压力网带长度（Length of pressure mesh belt）;7050mm; 压力网带宽度（Width of pressure mesh belt） 595mm;
压力网带有效包角：约290°； Effective wrapping angle of pressure mesh belt:Approx.270°
压力网带张紧力： 14MPa; Tensile force of pressure mesh belt: Max.14MPa.
该设备具有以下特点（This machine has the following features）:
1.生产方式为：电加热转鼓、网带外的壳加温，网带加压，尾座拉伸，连续硫化；

2.设备采用了PLC控制，触摸屏显示，自动化程度高，性能稳定可靠；

3.硫化的加压方式采用钢丝网带通过液压力作用于V带的表面，钢丝网带连续运转；
Pressing mode of vulcanization can be realized by continuous operation of steel wire mesh belt through hydraulic pressure acting on the surface of V belts;
4.硫化鼓上各种型号的模具可自由拆换，并同时更换与之配套的拉伸辊；
All kinds of molds on vulcanizing drum can be replaced optionally,meanwhile,its stretching roller can be also replaced;
5.设备配套了液压系统。
This machine is equipped with hydraulic system.
